HOLY SHIT I'M ALIVE!
I really need to update this journal more often, considering i'm aaaaalways on the computer!
Mind you I don't think anyone on here is keeping up with it...oh well, whatever.

Life has been a bit crazy...I went up north to MEET THE PARENTS and that went over well...but I lost all my luggage....a good 2 grand worth of stuff....My fault for packing the way I did, but honestly...who the hell wants to pack expecting to lose something? You shouldn't have too.

anyways, i'm awaiting my cheque of 15 hundred, because they have completely given up looking for my bag...it's gone...probably in mexico somewhere.

also, allan just reccently moved out.
my heart is broken, but it had to be done I suppose.
He's back home in yellowknife, and right now, and hopefully he gets a job ASAP so we can gather up money for us to get out place together. But until then, I must wait...it's really hard living without him...I mean, he'd been living here with me for over a year...it's not easy having him gone. I have this huge void now and don't know what to do with myself.

sooooo...I've been playing street fighter iv which is quite possibly the best fighter in the world! I love it and have been playing like a mad woman. Anyone else think it would be awesome if they brought Ibuki and Elena into the game? yes? No?

...i think i'm the only one who really enjoys it...it has a little bit of a dynasty warriors feel to it....AND I DIG THAT. Though I can honestly say, if they ever decided to bring back previous costumes into the game as DLC (such as mi-na's scIII 1p) I would piss joy. I really hope they decide to do that....but who knows how likely that is.

Scheherazade...(apparently a Persian name...though she looks very far from Persian)
when I first saw her I kind of got disappointed.
She looks very zelda-esque or god forbid even cassandra-esque at first glance.
...and also carries a rapier type weapon...which Raphael and Amy already wield. I was looking for a newer weapon to hit SCIV.

BUT NONE THE LESS I HAVE FAITH.
I'll be awaiting new screen shots of her soon....to try and soak up more of her character.

Why does this always happen?
I shit out some sketches, post them on here and then take off for a good 3-4 months if not more. How am I suppose hone my skills if I only sketch something up once or twice every few months?
And it's not like my life has just gotten in the way of me being able to sit down, concentrate on a piece and hack away at it till it's perfect....god no. I've been doing nothing with myself...I've been

B) sleeping
C)playing video games
D) checking in on IGN.com WAYYYHAHAAYYY to much for soul calibur IV updates...and uh...what else...masturbating from time to time I suppose.
So there you go, my life since graduation in a complete nutshell.
I do have a boyfriend I attend to now and then.....lol....
but he's up in Yellowknife right now working a 12 hour shift from 6 PM till 6 AM on the ice roads.
So haven't been able to talk to him much at all. Though that will change due to him moving down here in about 2-3 weeks. (that's the main reason he's working up there right now...earing the big bucks so he can move down here, live in my basement and have a massive cash cushion to snooze on)

as I mentioned i've been religiously checking in on soul calibur IV.
I've basically been pulling my teeth out for more information on the game and for june to come faster.
I bought dynasty warriors 6 to settle my craving a bit, but after playing that for a good 4 days straight I've already lost it again and have returned to the modem and ign.com

Three new characters have finally been revealed though. (lol here we go)
Xianghua
Kilik
and Lizardman
I think it's safe to say that all the previous cast from III will be returning for this installment either as main characters or unlockables. I'm still waiting to see Setsuka's new outfit. I wanna see what kind of sexy Japanese dress their going to throw on her this time seeing as the majority of the female characters have very sexalicious outfits. This is no problem for me. After playing dead or alive so much nothing can surprise me in the world of digital boobies.
As long as the outfit still suits the characters style and personality I'm game. For example it would annoy me when Kasumi or Ayane would have some ridiculous tanktop and a miniskirt...PFFT...come on...they are NINJAS. NINJAS DON'T WEAR....NORMAL CLOTHES...don't be ridiculous!
I was kind of disappointed in seong mi-nas outfit...simply because she's one of my favorites and she's so layered up.
Sure she's still got the amazing belly and those vicious legs but come on...all the other girls look like historic fantasy harlots why not her? Aw well, maybe her 2P outfit will be better. I mean don't get me wrong, the outfit they gave her still suits, and is very pretty...but...eh...I'unno...I want my sexy seong flaunted. And I really hope they give her back the personality she had in II. She was all sarcastic and cute in that game...then in III she got...kind of annoying...still funny from time to time but they could of boosted her up a bit more. the whole T-R-A-I-N-I-N-G crap really annoyed me...but i still have faith in her.

OKAY SO....what I wanted to say to begin with was that 1) I suck at keeping up with my art.
And 2) I do believe soul calibur IV's installment of artwork is the best out of the whole franchise. Every time I see new concepts of the characters I get incredibly jealous that i'll never be able to pull such designs off. But either way it's inspired me...so I've been doodling on and off the last few days...but still nothing good...

and, yeah. That's really all I wanted to say. Keep in check on my miserable progress. I hope you all haven't forgotten me.
